Description
The Yato 110 mm Air Duster Gun (YT‑23731) is a compact pneumatic blow gun designed for fast, controlled cleaning of dust, chips, and debris from machines, tools, workbenches, and hard‑to‑reach areas. Its 110 mm nozzle and 1/4 inch air connection make it easy to integrate into any standard compressed‑air system, while the light weight and pistol‑grip design support comfortable, all‑day use.
Features
:- 110 mm straight nozzle for focused air stream and access into tight spots, housings, and corners.
- Max. working pressure around 0.8 MPa (≈8 bar), suitable for most shop compressors.
- Standard 1/4 inch air connection / quick coupler; compatible with common hoses and fittings.
- Brass or metal body for durability and good resistance to wear in industrial environments.
- Light weight (about 0.11–0.21 kg) and ergonomic pistol grip with trigger control for comfortable, precise air dosing.
- Designed as a professional blow‑off gun for compressed‑air cleaning tasks in workshops and garages.
Applications
:- Machinery and equipment cleaning : Blowing dust, chips, and swarf off machines, motors, gearboxes, and mechanical assemblies during maintenance.
- Automotive workshops : Cleaning brake components, engine bays, filters, radiators, and work areas before assembly or inspection.
- Woodworking and metalworking : Clearing sawdust, shavings, and metal chips from benches, tools, and fixtures.
- Electronics and pneumatics : Removing dry dust from control cabinets, pneumatic valves, and panels (at moderated pressure).
- General workshop and DIY : Blowing debris from corners, compressors, tools, and floors; drying parts after washing or degreasing.
Usage
:- Connect the air duster gun to a clean, regulated compressed‑air line using a 1/4 inch coupler or PT fitting; set pressure not to exceed 0.8 MPa / 8 bar, and often lower where safe and sufficient.
- Hold the pistol grip firmly, direct the 110 mm nozzle toward the area to be cleaned, and gently squeeze the trigger to start airflow, adjusting pressure and distance for effective but safe cleaning.
- Avoid pointing the jet directly at skin or eyes and do not use on delicate electronics at high pressure; always wear eye protection and, where needed, hearing protection.
- After use, release the trigger, disconnect from the airline if storing the gun, and hang or place it in a clean, dry location to prevent damage or contamination of the nozzle.
