Usage
:- Connect the machine to a 230V single-phase power source.
- Securely attach the earth clamp to the clean workpiece.
- Select and insert electrode (typically 2.5-6.0 mm for 300A max) into the holder.
- Dial in current amperage matching electrode size and material thickness.
- Initiate arc by tapping or scratching electrode on workpiece surface.
- Hold electrode at 10-20 degree angle with steady travel for strong beads.
- Weld in ventilated space with full PPE: helmet, gloves, flame-resistant clothing, and respirator.
- Ensure fan is operational; pause if unit overheats for cooling.
- Shut down power, disconnect, and store dry after sessions.
