This continuous horizontal band sealer can be used to continuously seal high graded pouches, such as laminated pouches. It is ideal for sealing tiny packages in the food, general merchandise, spice, seed, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries and is incredibly simple to use. This band sealer is made of high-quality material, which makes it durable and increases machine life span. It has 3 x 1 kg of conveyor loading capacity and 12 m/min of sealing speed, so it can save labor time and effort. This machine is able to increase packaging against heavy production.

Usage
:- Setup : Place the machine on a flat surface and connect it to a power source. Set the temperature, conveyor speed based on the material you're sealing.
- Adjust Settings : Adjust the sealing temperature and speed according to the type of packaging material (e.g., laminated film).
- Load Packages : Position the open end of the packaging bag on the conveyor belt.
- Start the Machine : Turn on the machine. The conveyor belt will move the package through the sealing area.
- Sealing Process : The heated sealing bars will close and seal the bag as it moves through the machine.
- Remove Sealed Bags : Once the sealing process is complete, remove the sealed packages from the output end of the machine.
Maintenance :
- Regular Cleaning : Clean the sealing area, conveyor belt, and sealing bars to remove dust, debris, and residue.
- Inspect Electrical Components : Regularly check the power supply, temperature control settings, and wiring to ensure they are functioning properly.
