  • Usage

     :
    • Set Up : Connect the gas supply to the Bhatti and ensure there are no gas leaks.
    • Ignite the Burners : Turn on the gas and ignite the burners using a match or lighter. Adjust the flame using the two knobs for the desired heat (one for each burner).
    • Preheat the Bhatti : Allow the Bhatti to preheat for a few minutes.
    • Place the Roti : Roll out the dough into roti shapes and place the roti onto the hot surface of the Bhatti.
    • Cook the Roti : Cook for about 30-45 seconds on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
    • Puff the Roti : If desired, use the puffer plate or press to help the roti puff up.
    • Remove and Serve : Once fully cooked and puffed up, remove the roti and serve hot.

    Clean the Bhatti after use for long-term maintenance and efficiency.
