Usage (Hot to Use) : 
  • Position the Box: Place your box on a flat surface and hold the tape dispenser gun in one hand.
  • Press the Roller: Press the roller and tape firmly against the box about 4-5 inches from the top.
  • Glide Along the Box: Glide the roller and tape along the length of the box while maintaining constant contact with both surfaces.
  • Reach the Opposite Side: Continue applying tape until you reach the opposite side of the box, again stopping 4-5 inches from the top.
  • Cutting the Tape: Tilt the dispenser forward and twist it to cut the tape using the serrated blade.
  • Adjust Tension if Needed: If you find that the tape unwinds too quickly or too slowly, adjust the tension knob located in the center of the wheel by turning it clockwise to tighten or counterclockwise to loosen.

Maintenance : 
  • Blade Replacement: If the blade becomes dull, replace it with one that meets the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Tape Roll Alignment: Make sure the tape roll is properly seated in the dispenser to avoid misalignment issues.
  • Regular Cleaning: Remove accumulated adhesive and dust from the blade and rollers to prevent jamming. And use a soft, dry cloth or a small brush for cleaning.
  • Inspection: Regularly check the blade for sharpness and the tension spring for proper tension.
  • Spring Maintenance: Ensure that the tension spring is functioning correctly; if it’s loose or damaged, consider replacing it to maintain effective tape dispensing.
  • Handle with Care: Avoid dropping the dispenser as this can damage internal components.
