Usage
:Water: Ensure the unit's water tank/reservoir is filled to the operational level. (Commercial units often have automatic water inlets.)
Prep: Place pre-rinsed rice (with the correct water ratio) or other food items (e.g., vegetables, momos) evenly into the 6 stainless steel trays.
Load: Carefully slide the loaded trays into the rack inside the steaming cabinet.
Power & Cook: Close and lock the cabinet door securely. Plug in the machine and press the "Cook" or "Steam" switch/button. (The unit will generate high-temperature steam.)
Timing: Allow to cook for the required time (e.g., rice typically 10-15 minutes, plus a 10-15 minute rest/hold time). Do not open the door during cooking.
Serve: Once finished, turn off the switch/unplug, wait a minute for steam to dissipate, and carefully open the door using caution (hot steam!) and remove the trays.
Clean: Unplug and allow to cool completely before wiping down the interior and cleaning the trays.
