Usage

 :
Put ice cubes between the SS Barrel and wood bucket along with some salt for a longer cooling temperature. Fill it up to the top. Fix the shaft in the barrel and pour the ice cream mix into the SS Barrel. Close it with the lid and fix the Gear and pulley part on the machine. Fix the handle and rotate the pulley with the help of the handle in the Shown direction on the Pulley. Continuous rotation for 30 to 40 minutes and your ice cream will be ready.
