Usage
:1. Preparation :
- Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, flat surface.
- Plug in the machine and turn it on to allow it to heat up.
2. Adjust Settings :
- Set the sealing time using the timing knob on the control panel.
3. Loading Film :
- Place the roll of shrink film onto the roller at the back of the machine.
- Pull enough film forward to cover the area you intend to seal.
4. Positioning Pouches :
- Place your pouches or items that need sealing under the sealing bar, ensuring they are aligned properly for an even seal.
5. Sealing Process :
- Press down on the sealing arm firmly to initiate sealing.
- Release once done; this should create a secure seal across the pouch.
Maintenance :
- Inspect Sealing Jaws : Look for any signs of damage or wear that could affect sealing quality.
- Clean Sealing Jaws : Use a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaning solution to remove any residue.
