The Paneer Press Machine is used to extract paneer from coagulated milk by going through a series of processes. By applying a piece of cloth to cover the machine's extra drainage holes, the coagulated milk is poured into the machine's base. After that, the pores are used to drain extra liquid, giving the paneer the correct density. This is a completely hand operated machine and it doesn't require any external source of power to operate. The machine is constructed with premium stainless steel and has a processing capacity of 10 kilos per 15 minutes.
