Description
This high-quality milking machine claw is designed for efficient and gentle milking of all cattle breeds. With a generous 240cc capacity, it ensures optimal milk flow and collection, minimizing vacuum fluctuations for improved udder health and milk quality. Used to fix four liners. It is the part which routes the milk to can from cow udder. This is purely food graded material. Four liners are fixed to milk claw and milk pipe from can is connected to it. Easy to handle and maintain.
Features
:
240cc Capacity:Provides ample volume for effective milk collection.
Gentle Milking:Designed to minimize stress on the udder.
Durable Construction:Made from robust materials for long-lasting performance.
Easy to Clean:Smooth surfaces for simple and effective sanitization.
Optimized Milk Flow:Promotes efficient and complete milk extraction.
Applications
:
Milk Collection : The primary function of the claw is to collect milk from the udder during the milking process. The claw connects to the inflation liners (also referred to as shells) that are placed on the teats of the cow, goat, or sheep. As milk is drawn from the udder through vacuum pressure created by the milking machine, it flows into the claw and is subsequently directed into a milk line for transport to a storage container.
Pulsation Control : Milking claws are designed to facilitate pulsation, which is crucial for effective milking. The pulsation system alternates between vacuum and atmospheric pressure around the teat, simulating natural suckling behavior. This action helps prevent teat damage and ensures efficient milk extraction.
