Usage

• Setup:

  • Place the dough mixer on a flat, stable surface.
  • Ensure the power supply is correctly connected, and the machine is in good working condition.

• Load Ingredients:

  • Add the required amount of flour (atta or maida) into the mixing bowl (up to 20 kg capacity).
  • Add the appropriate amount of water or any other ingredients like salt, sugar, or oil, based on the recipe.

• Start Mixing:

  • Turn on the machine using the power switch. The motor will rotate the mixing arm, kneading the flour and water together.
  • Allow the machine to run for a few minutes until the dough reaches the desired consistency. You may adjust the speed if needed.

• Monitor and Adjust:

  • Periodically check the dough’s texture. If necessary, scrape down the sides or add more water or flour for better consistency.

• End Mixing:

  • Once the dough is ready, turn off the machine.
  • Carefully remove the dough from the mixing bowl.

• Cleaning:

  • After use, clean the bowl, dough hooks, and other parts to prevent build-up and ensure the machine is ready for the next use.
