Usage
:- Setup : Place the fryer on a stable, flat surface. Connect it to a power source (electric model) or gas supply (gas model).
- Fill with Oil : Add oil to each compartment, ensuring it covers the heating elements or gas burners (max 6L per compartment).
- Preheat : Set the desired temperature on the control dial for electric models or adjust the gas flame to heat the oil. Preheat until it reaches the optimal frying temperature (usually 160°C–190°C).
- Fry Food : Lower the food basket into the hot oil once it’s preheated. Fry food until golden and crispy.
- Remove Food : Lift the baskets out and allow the excess oil to drain.
- Turn Off : Switch off the temperature controls or gas supply, and unplug the fryer when done.
- Clean : Let the oil cool, then clean the fryer thoroughly after use.
