Usage
:1. Setup and Installation :
- Placement: Ensure that the grinder is placed securely on a flat surface to prevent any movement during operation.
- V-belt Adjustment: Adjust the V-belt for proper elasticity and ensure coaxial concentricity between the motor and grinding components.
- Electrical Safety Check: Before using, check all electric wires and the power switch to ensure they are in safe working condition.
2. Preparing for Operation :
- Spindle Orientation: Make sure that the spindle of the machine is oriented in the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine.
- Tightening Bolts: Inspect all parts of the grinder to confirm that bolts are tightened properly. If there are any abnormal sounds after starting, stop immediately and troubleshoot.
3. Feeding Materials :
- Feeding Process: Open the feed inserts slowly. Adjust the thickness adjustment knob according to your desired grinding consistency.
