Description
The Commercial Hand Operated Sev Machine is designed for producing sev and other similar snacks in a manual, efficient manner. This manual machine requires no electricity, making it ideal for small-scale, home-based businesses or areas with limited power supply. It provides full control over the extrusion process.  Made from high-quality materials like stainless steel or robust alloys, the machine is built to withstand heavy use and provide long-lasting performance. Primarily used for making sev, but can also be used to prepare a variety of other snacks such as gathiya, noodles, and fried dough-based items, depending on the disc used. This  offers a cost-effective, efficient solution for producing fresh, crispy sev and similar snacks, combining simplicity with high-quality results.

Features

 :
  • Hand-operated Sev Machine is used to make Indian snacks such as sev, gathiya, murukku, chakli etc.
  • This machine has a crank handle which helps in rotating the plate on which dough rolls out
  • It has a cylindrical shape body with a wooden base attached to stable during operation.

Applications

 :
  • Small-Scale Snack Producers : Perfect for local snack shops, home-based food businesses, or small-scale manufacturers.
  • Catering Services : Great for catering and event services needing freshly made sev for snacks or garnishes.
  • Restaurants and Food Stalls :Ideal for establishments that want to serve freshly prepared sev with a variety of textures.
  • Usage

     :
    • Set up the machine : Place the sev machine on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the handle is securely attached, and the machine is clean.
    • Prepare the dough : Mix gram flour (besan) with water, spices, and salt to form a smooth dough of the desired consistency. It should not be too soft or too stiff.
    • Load the dough : Open the machine's hopper and load the prepared dough into it.
    • Choose the disc : Attach the appropriate disc with the desired hole size. This determines the thickness and texture of the sev.
    • Operate the handle : Start turning the handle of the machine. As you rotate, the dough will be pressed through the disc and form sev onto the frying surface.
    • Fry the sev : As the sev comes out, carefully fry it in hot oil until crispy and golden brown.
    • Serve and enjoy : Once fried, drain the sev on paper towels to remove excess oil, then serve or store.

Remember to clean the machine thoroughly after use to maintain its longevity
