Usage
:- Prepare the Idli Batter : Prepare the idli batter according to your recipe and let it ferment.
- Fill the Trays : Fill the idli molds in each tray with the fermented batter.
- Fill Water : Fill water inside the steamer area . Do not fill water up to the neck of the steamer.
- Arrange the Trays : Place the filled trays on the steaming racks within the steamer.
- Connect to Power/Gas : Connect the steamer to the power source or gas supply.
- Start Steaming : Turn on the power switch or ignite the gas burner.
- Steam the Idlis : Steam the idlis for the recommended time (usually 15-20 minutes).
- Check for Doneness : Insert a skewer or toothpick into an idli. If it comes out clean, the idlis are cooked.
- Remove and Serve : Carefully remove the trays and allow the idlis to cool slightly before serving.
