Usage
:- Setup the Machine : Place the machine on a stable, flat surface.
- Power On : Connect the machine to a power source and turn it on.
- Adjust Settings : Set the desired weight range (1 to 50 gm) using the control panel.
- Prepare the Granules : Ensure that the granules you intend to fill are free-flowing and suitable for the machine and make sure that the hopper should not be filled fully with the items to keep a smooth operation.
- Filling Process : Place empty containers under the filling nozzle.
- Clean Up : Clean any residual granules from around the nozzle and hopper after use.
Maintenance :
- Regular Cleaning : Ensure that the machine is cleaned regularly to prevent any buildup of granules or dust. Use a soft brush and vacuum to remove debris from all accessible areas.
- Inspection of Components : Regularly inspect components such as the hopper, filling nozzle, and vibrator for wear and tear. Replace any damaged parts immediately to maintain optimal performance and give at least 20 mins break after 1 hour continuous use.
