This electromagnetic induction caper is mainly applicable to the capping operation of the non-metal bottleneck (i.e., plastics, glass), which features a flat threaded cap, but not to the capping operation of metal and non-threaded pressing caps with a diameter of 20–80. Especially, it is suitable for customers carrying out continuous capping operations for large outputs.
Features
:- This machine creates a hermetic seal by passing a capped bottle under the induction sealer in a non-contact process.
- Perfect air tight sealing.
- It is portable in size, so it can be easily carried out.
- Designed to handle cap diameters ranging from 20 mm to 80 mm, making it suitable for various bottle sizes.

Applications
:- Pharmaceutical Packaging : Ensuring that bottles containing medicines are airtight sealed to maintain product integrity and extend shelf life.
- Food and Beverage Industry : Sealing jars and bottles of sauces, oils, or beverages to prevent contamination and preserve freshness.
- Cosmetics and Personal Care Products : Providing tamper-evident seals for cosmetic containers, ensuring safety for consumers.
- Chemical Containers : Sealing chemical products in various industries to prevent leaks and ensure safe storage.
Usage
:- Preparation : Ensure the machine is placed on a stable surface and connected to a power source. Check that the induction sealing head is clean and free of any debris.
- Adjusting Settings : Set the desired sealing parameters on the control panel, based on the material of the cap and container.
- Cap Placement : Place the filled and capped container under the induction sealing head. Ensure that the cap diameter is between 20 mm and 80 mm for optimal performance.
- Sealing Process : Activate the machine by pressing the start button. The induction heating will begin, creating a airtight seal as it heats the wad liner inside the cap.
- Completion : Once sealing is complete, wait for a moment before removing the container to allow it to cool down slightly.
Maintenance :
- Regular Cleaning : Ensure the sealing area is kept clean and free from dust and debris. Use a soft cloth to wipe down the machine after each use, focusing on the sealing head and surrounding areas.
- Electrical Safety Checks : Inspect electrical connections for any loose wires or corrosion. Ensure that all safety features are functioning correctly.
