Usage

1. Prepare the Ice Cream Mixture:
   • Follow your preferred ice cream recipe. Ensure the mixture is chilled before proceeding.
2. Chill the Machine:
   • Fill the outer tub with ice and rock salt. The ratio of ice to salt should be approximately 3:1.
3. Add the Mixture:
   • Pour the chilled ice cream mixture into the inner canister.
4. Churn Manually:
   • Insert the hand crank or paddle into the canister.
   • Rotate the crank or paddle steadily to churn the mixture.
   • The churning time will vary depending on the specific machine and desired consistency.
5. Monitor and Adjust:

   • Add more ice and salt to the outer tub as needed to maintain a cold temperature.
6. Remove and Serve:
   • Once the ice cream reaches your desired consistency, remove the canister from the machine.
