The Domestic Hand Operated Milking machine is solely designed for the purpose of extracting milk from cows and buffaloes. This is manual milking machine which means it requires human efforts to perform it's function. This machine consists of a manual operating handle mechanism for the purpose of creating suction, a milking tank with cluster and a set of pipes which connect the milking cluster with the tank. Operating this machine doesn't require any sort of expertise, very easy to use machine built using high quality materials which ensure durability and food grade safety. This machine is a boon for the dairy farmers and livestock owners.

- It is crucial to adhere to the recommended suction range of 15 to 20 points for milking cows. Applying excessive vacuum pressure beyond this range may result in potential harm to the cattle. Please exercise caution and avoid surpassing the specified limits.
- Please be aware that if a cow/buffalo has excessively large nipples, this machine may not be suitable for milking that particular cow/buffalo. The compatibility entirely depends on the teat size of the animal.

Usage
:Step 1 : Prepare Your Equipment

Step 2 : Prepare the Animal
- Calm the Animal : Approach the animal calmly and ensure it is comfortable. A relaxed animal will yield better results during milking.
- Clean the Teats : Use a clean cloth or antiseptic solution to wipe down the teats. This removes dirt and bacteria, reducing the risk of contamination.
- Stimulate Milk Letdown: Gently massage the udder to stimulate milk flow and encourage letdown.
Step 3 : Attach the Milking Claw
- Position the Milking Claw : Hold the milking claw in one hand and align the teat cups with the animal's teats.
- Securely Attach the Cups : Gently place each teat into the corresponding cup and ensure a snug fit to create a vacuum seal.
Step 4 : Begin Milking
- Start the Machine : Once the claw is attached, turn on the milking machine. The pulsator should activate, and you should hear a rhythmic sound indicating it is working correctly.
- Monitor the Process : Keep an eye on the milk flow through the transparent tubing, which allows you to see when milking is nearly complete.
- Check the Animal's Comfort : Periodically check the animal’s reaction. If they seem uncomfortable or agitated, consider stopping for a moment and readjusting the machine.
Step 5 : Finish and Clean Up
- Detach the Claw : Once the milk flow has slowed significantly, it’s time to gently detach the milking claw from the udder. Avoid pulling too hard; instead, release the vacuum first to minimize discomfort.
