Magnetic Induction Sealer Machines are used for hermetically sealing the bottle caps (Non-metal bottles and caps). This prevents bottles from leakage, provides tamper-evident sealing, and preserves the freshness of the product in the bottle. Induction sealers are widely used in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Lubricant, Cosmetic, and Food industries.
Features

Applications
:Food Industry : Sealing food products in glass or plastic containers to ensure freshness and prevent contamination.
Pharmaceuticals : Providing tamper-evident seals for medicine bottles, enhancing safety and shelf life.
Cosmetics : Securing cosmetic products in various bottle types, ensuring product integrity during storage and transport.
Laboratory Use : Sealing lab samples in different container materials to prevent leakage and contamination.
Usage
:- Setup : Place the machine on a stable surface and ensure it is connected to a power source. Adjust the height using the lifting handwheel to accommodate different bottle sizes.
- Preparation : Ensure that the bottles are clean and dry. Insert aluminum foil liners into the caps of the bottles you intend to seal.
- Power On : Turn on the machine using the power button on the control panel.
- Adjust Settings : Set the desired sealing speed using the speed regulator on the control panel. Monitor real-time current and voltage displayed on the panel.
- Start Sealing : Press the green button to begin sealing. The machine will automatically move bottles through the sealing area where high heat will melt the aluminum foil, creating a tight seal.
- Monitor Operation : Keep an eye on the operation for any irregularities or issues during sealing, ensuring that all bottles are being sealed properly.
- Stop Sealing : Once sealing is complete, press the green button again to stop the process.
Maintenance :
- Regular Cleaning : Ensure the machine is cleaned regularly to remove any residue from sealing operations. Use a soft cloth and appropriate cleaning agents suitable for stainless steel.
- Electrical Safety Checks : Conduct routine checks on electrical systems for overload protection and ensure all connections are secure.
