- This machine uses the cold press technique to extract oil from the oil seeds, i.e. the machine extracts oil by crushing the oil seeds at a slower speed, ensuring that the temperature levels don't rise during the extraction process. This helps in retaining the essential nutrients in the oil, which proves to be of more nutritional value as compared to the oil extracted using normal oil press machine.

Usage
:Step 1: Preparation
- Choose Your Seeds or Nuts : Determine which type of oil you want to extract based on your cooking needs and preferences. Common choices include sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, canola seeds, or nuts like walnuts and almonds.
- Clean the Seeds/Nuts : Rinse them to remove any dirt or contaminants. Ensure they are completely dry before proceeding, as moisture can affect the oil extraction process.
- Preheat the Machine : Some oil press machines require preheating for optimal oil extraction. Check your user manual to see if this step is necessary.
Step 2: Setting Up the Machine
- Assemble the Machine : Ensure all parts of the oil press machine are correctly assembled. This usually includes attaching the oil collector and checking for proper alignment.
- Press the heater button : This machine does not have temperature settings. Only heater button is turned on and we have to wait for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Oil Extraction
- Add the Seeds/Nuts : Pour the prepared seeds or nuts into the hopper of the machine. Do not overload the machine, as this can impede the extraction process.
- Start the Machine : Turn on the oil press machine. It will automatically start the extraction process, squeezing the oil out of the seeds/nuts.
- Monitor the Process : Keep an eye on the machine as it operates. Most automatic machines will allow you to see the amount of oil being extracted and provide alerts for any issues.
Step 4: Collecting the Oil
- Stop the Machine : Once the oil extraction process is complete, turn off the machine. This usually happens when the seeds or nuts have been fully pressed.
- Collect the Oil : Carefully collect the freshly extracted oil from the container. It’s a good idea to use a funnel to avoid spills.
- Store the Oil : Transfer the oil into a clean, airtight glass or metal container. Store it in a cool, dark place to preserve its quality.
Step 5: Cleaning the Machine
- Disassemble the Parts : After the machine has cooled down, disassemble it according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Clean Thoroughly : Use warm, soapy water to clean the parts. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could linger and contaminate future batches of oil.
- Dry Completely : Ensure all parts are thoroughly dried before reassembling or storing the machine.
