This machine is a semi-automatic piston-type liquid filling machine with molecular fast flowing inbuilt technology. This machine is reasonable in design , small, and exquisite in the model. The piston and hopper of the cylinder are made up of 304 stainless steel and (PTEF). Both filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted at will, filling accuracy is high. The filling head adopts an anti-leakage technology.

Note :

Usage
:1. Setup the Machine :
- Place the machine on a stable, flat surface.
- Connect the pneumatic filling machine to an air compressor with appropriate pressure settings.
2. Prepare the Product :
- Ensure that the liquid or paste to be filled is properly mixed and at the correct viscosity for filling.
- Fill the hopper of the machine with the product.

4. Testing :

5. Filling Process :

- Activate the filling mechanism usually a foot pedal to start dispensing.
- Monitor for consistent filling and adjust as needed.
