The Sugar/Salt Grinding Machine as the name suggests, this machine is designed specifically to grind sugar crystals and salt in order to obtain it's finest form which can be used for fulfilling various culinary needs which require fine crushing of sugar or salt. This machine requires a 3 HP motor and has a chamber size of 5 x 10 inches (12.7 x 25.4 cm) with a production capacity of 30-80 kilos per hour depending upon the material. Usage
:1. Clean Your Machine: Ensure the grinding chamber, hopper, and discharge chute are clean and dry before adding any product. This prevents cross-contamination and ensures optimal performance.
2. Load the Hopper: Carefully pour your coarse sugar or salt into the hopper. Avoid overloading; check your machine's manual for recommended fill levels.
3. Adjust Settings (If Applicable): Some machines have adjustable settings for fineness or speed. Consult your manual for guidance on those.
4. Start the Machine: Turn on the machine using the power switch. Let it run for a few seconds to reach its operating speed before material is being dropped down the hopper.
5. Monitor the Grinding Process: Observe the machine working, ensuring that material is being ground efficiently. If you notice any unusual noises or the machine seems to be struggling, stop it immediately and investigate.
6. Collect the Ground Material: The ground sugar or salt will exit through the discharge chute. Have a clean container ready to collect the powder.
7. Repeat (If Necessary): If you need to grind a large quantity, repeat steps 3-7 as needed. Be sure to never overfill the hopper or attempt to grind more than the machine's capacity at once.
8. Turn Off the Machine: Once you have finished grinding, turn off the power. Allow all moving parts to completely stop before opening or cleaning the machine.
9. Clean Up: Clean all parts of your grinding machine (hopper, grinding chamber, and discharge chute) immediately after use. This prevents the sugar/salt residue from hardening and ensures better performance for future grinding.
