Usage
:1. Preparation of Materials :
- Ensure that the items you want to seal are clean and dry.
- Place the items in appropriate vacuum bags or pouches, leaving enough space for sealing.
2. Setting Up the Machine :
- Plug in the vacuum sealing machine and turn it on.
- Adjust the settings based on the type of material being sealed.
3. Loading the Chamber :
- Open the chamber lid and place the prepared vacuum bag inside, ensuring that the open end of the bag is positioned correctly under the sealing bar.
- Make sure that no part of the bag is touching any part of the chamber walls.
4. Vacuum Sealing Process :
- Close the chamber lid securely.
- Press the start button to initiate the vacuum process. The machine will remove air from the chamber and seal the bag automatically.
- Wait for the machine to complete its cycle; this usually takes a few seconds to a couple of minutes depending on settings.
5. Finishing Up :
- Once completed, open the chamber lid carefully.
- Remove your sealed package from inside and check for proper sealing (the seal should be tight without any air pockets).
- Store or use your sealed items as needed.
Maintenance :
- After use, clean any spills or residues from inside and outside of the machine with a damp cloth.
- Regularly check seals and gaskets for wear and replace them as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
