- Using the supplied fasteners, firmly position and fasten the heavy-gauge structural mounting plate onto the bicycle frame stay configuration.
- After securely mounting the 24V 350W PMDC gear reduction motor to the bracket plate, wrap the drive chain over the wheel-mounted freewheel adaptor and the 9-tooth sprocket.
- Replace the brake levers and handlebar grips with the electrical power-cut safety brake handles and the high-response twist throttle set.
- Directly feed the motor, throttle, key lock, headlamp, and multi-pin terminal connector clusters into the corresponding controller ports from your 24V battery supply (not included).
- Make sure there are no moving parts in your way, connect the charger to recharge your battery pack, activate the key lock to start the power, and then twist the throttle to start riding.
