Usage / Applications :
- For all thermoplastic pouches, thermally activated adhesives, film media, plastic ports, or foil sealing.
- Wide range of applications in the Food, Pharmaceutical & Manufacturing Industries.
Operating Instructions :
- Take out machine form its packing and place it on a firm, clean & flat surface. Ensure that the area where the machine is placed has sufficient depth so that all the feet of the machine rest on it properly.
- Prepare the machine for operation using the 3 pin plug provided connect the machine to a suitable electrical power outlet (1 phase. 220v 50 hz). Please insure that there is proper earth connection in the power.
- Operation of machine without proper earthing is strictly PROHIBITED.
- Put the pouch on the Teflon cloth and press the handle down, lift the handle after 2 seconds of the indicator and light turning off.
- Now your pouch is seal & ready. If the pouch is more burnt or seal less then set the tip of the next timer by doing more or less.
