Usage
:User Instructions :
1.Safety : Wear safety glasses and heavy duty gloves, as this tool does not have a hand guard.
2.Angle :- For cutting metal, hold the chisel at a 60 to 70-degree angle.
- For chipping concrete, hold it at a steeper angle.
3. Strike : Hold the chisel firmly near the middle of the shaft. Strike the flat head squarely with a ball-peen hammer or sledgehammer.4. Watch the Edge : Keep your eyes on the cutting edge, not the striking end, to ensure accuracy.
Maintenance :
- Rust Prevention : Clean the tool after use and wipe with a lightly oiled cloth to prevent corrosion.
- Sharpening : Regrind the cutting edge on a bench grinder when it becomes dull. Dip in water frequently to keep the steel cool and maintain hardness.
