The Yuri 4-inch T.C.T. Saw Blade is engineered for professional wood cutting where both speed and finish quality are important. The blade features robust Tungsten Carbide Tips (T.C.T.), providing exceptional hardness and resistance to wear, which significantly extends the blade's life. With 40 precision-ground teeth, this blade is optimized to produce a finer, cleaner cut compared to lower tooth counts, minimizing splintering on delicate woods and laminates. The 4-inch diameter is suitable for various handheld circular saws and trim saws, and the 20mm thickness (kerf) ensures blade rigidity, reducing deflection and improving cut accuracy. This bulk pack of 100 blades is a cost-effective solution for large-scale operations requiring continuous supply of high-quality cutting tools.
Features
:- High Tooth Count (40T): Delivers a cleaner, smoother finish, ideal for cross-cutting and fine work.
Tungsten Carbide Tipped (T.C.T.): Maximum durability, heat resistance, and extended service life.
Excellent Stability: The substantial 20mm blade thickness provides rigidity for reduced vibration and improved accuracy.
Versatile Diameter: Standard 4-inch size fits many popular portable and trim saws.
Bulk Pack: Economical pack of 100 ensures readiness for large commercial projects.
Applications
:Fine Woodworking: Ideal for tasks where a smooth, clean finish is required, such as cabinetry and furniture making.
Plywood and Veneer: Excellent for cutting materials prone to chipping, due to the higher tooth count.
General Construction: Suitable for cross-cutting timber, framing, and trimming work.
Laminates/MDF: Cuts engineered wood materials with reduced tear-out.
Fitting Guidance- Safety First: ALWAYS unplug or disconnect power before handling the blade. Use safety gloves.
- Access and Lock: Press and hold the spindle lock button on your saw.
- Unfasten: Use the wrench (usually turn in the direction the blade spins to loosen) to remove the arbor nut and outer washer.
- Fit the Blade: Place the new Yuri blade onto the arbor. Confirm the rotation arrow on the blade aligns with the rotation arrow on the saw. If needed, use an appropriate reducer ring to fit the bore size.
- Secure Tight: Re-install the washer and nut. While holding the spindle lock, tighten the nut securely (turn opposite the blade spin direction). Do not overtighten.
- Test: Release the lock, plug in the saw, and run it for a brief moment to check for any wobble or excessive vibration before making any cuts.
Usage
:Safety & Setup:
Wear safety gear (glasses, hearing protection).
Confirm the blade is mounted with the arrow pointing in the correct rotation direction.
Set the blade depth to extend only about $\text{1/4 inch}$ below the wood.
Securely clamp the material before cutting.
Cutting Process:- Hold the saw firmly, move it away from the material, and turn it ON to full speed.
Guide the blade into the wood with a smooth, steady feed rate.
DO NOT force the cut; let the sharp T.C.T. teeth work.
Finish:MaintenanceCleaning: Use a specialized pitch/resin cleaner regularly to remove residue from the blade and teeth. This prevents friction and maintains cutting quality.
Inspection: Routinely check for bent, cracked, or missing carbide tips. Immediately replace any damaged blade to prevent kickback and ensure safety.
Storage: Store the blades flat, dry, and in their protective packaging to prevent physical damage to the tips and guard against rust.
