A sturdy Li-Ion battery made especially for EV mobility applications, the Eiferzen Energy EMC 6030 packs 1.8kWh of energy into a small 225x160x260mm module. It guarantees safe and effective operation under challenging situations with its extensive BMS protections against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, and temperature extremes. This battery offers paralleling and active/passive balancing for scalable EV systems. It has broad working temperatures from -20°C to +60°C, IP65/IP67 ingress protection (optional IP67), and versatile communication choices including Bluetooth, CAN, UART/RS485, or IoT. Perfect for mobility devices demanding excellent performance and dependability, such as electric cars and scooters.
Features
:- Over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature, low/high voltage disconnection, and optional audio/visual alerts are all protected by an advanced BMS.
- For dust and water resistance in challenging conditions, IP65 is the usual certification (IP67 is optional).
- Broad operating range: high-temp disconnection at 60°C, charging from 0°C to +55°C, and discharging from -20°C to +60°C.
- Adaptable communication protocols for real-time integration and monitoring include Bluetooth, CAN, UART/RS485, and IoT.
- For modular scalability, there is a paralleling capability and an optional active/passive balancing mode.

Usage
:- For BMS monitoring and EV controller integration, connect via the optional CAN/RS485.
- In an ambient between 0 and 55°C, charge using the CC-CV method at 0.3C current up to 65.55V.
- BMS automatically manages safeguards such as low-voltage cutoff at 50.35V; operate within the 56-69.35V range.
- Use 2C discharge for up to 10 seconds during peak loads.
- Store between 0 and 35°C; for diagnostics, turn on Bluetooth and IoT. Don't let the discharge temperature get above 60°C.
