Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Connect the machine to a 220 V AC single-phase supply with proper earthing.
- Attach the ground clamp securely to the workpiece.
- Select an appropriate electrode (2.5 mm or 3.15 mm) based on material thickness.
- Adjust the output current between 20–200 A using the control knob.
- Strike the arc and maintain a steady angle and speed for a smooth weld.
- Observe the 60% duty cycle — after 6 minutes of welding at full current, allow 4 minutes cooling.
- After welding, switch off the machine, unplug, and let it cool before storage.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Keep the air vents clean for proper cooling and performance.
- Inspect welding cables, clamps, and connections regularly for wear or looseness.
- Avoid operating in damp or wet areas (IP21S = indoor use only).
- Allow the machine to cool between long welding sessions to protect internal components.
- Store in a dry, dust-free area when not in use.
