Usage

 :
  • Prepare the Kulfi Mixture: Mix your ingredients (milk, sugar, nuts, etc.), chill thoroughly.
  • Clean the Machine: Wash and dry the machine completely.
  • Pour the Mixture: Fill the moulds with the chilled mixture.
  • Place in Machine: Arrange moulds in the machine tray.
  • Close & Lock: Securely close and lock the machine lid.
  • Power On: Connect and switch on the machine.
  • Freeze: Allow the machine to freeze the kulfi.
  • Remove Moulds: Once frozen, turn off and unplug, then carefully remove moulds.
  • Demould: Gently tap moulds to loosen, use warm water if needed, and remove kulfi.
  • Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
