Usage

 :
Preparation :
  • Ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface.
  • Connect the machine to a suitable power outlet.
  • Check that the cutting disc is securely in place.
  • Prepare the cabbage by removing any damaged or unwanted outer leaves. Large cabbages may need to be quartered or wedged for easier feeding.

Operation :
  • Turn on the machine using the power switch.
  • Carefully feed the cabbage into the feed chute or opening. Use a pusher or other appropriate tool if necessary (especially for smaller pieces) to keep hands away from the blade.
  • Allow the machine to process the cabbage completely. Do not force large pieces through the machine.
  • Collect the sliced cabbage in a container placed under the discharge chute.

Adjusting Slicing Disc
  • The cutting disc needs to be fixed after removing the top lid of the machine. 
  • The user must ensure a proper fixing of the disc inside the machine for safe and non stop work. 

Stopping the Machine :
  • Turn off the machine using the power switch.
  • Wait for the cutting disc to come to a complete stop before attempting to clear any blockages or remove any remaining cabbage.
