Accessories
:- 1 Welding Machine
- 1 Welding Hand Screen
- 1 Earth Clamp With Cable
- 1 Electrode Holder With Cable
- 1 Welding Brush
Applications
:- Welding of grill gates, railings, fences, frames and other metal structures.
- Repair work in workshops or on-site where mild steel rod electrodes (2.5 mm / 3.15 mm) are used.
- Fabrication and maintenance tasks in small to medium scale metal working environments.
- DIY metalwork projects, home-based fabrication, hobby welding.
- Contractors seeking a portable welding machine for gate work, metal gates, repair jobs.
Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Ensure you have a reliable 220 V single-phase supply with proper earthing/grounding.
- Position the machine on a stable surface, in a well-ventilated area, avoid damp or wet conditions.
- Connect the earth (ground) clamp securely to the workpiece to ensure safe and efficient welding.
- Select the correct electrode: for general mild steel work use 2.5 mm rod; for heavier duty use 3.15 mm rod (No. 12/No. 10).
- Turn on the machine, view the LCD read-out and set the welding current appropriate to electrode size & material thickness.
- Strike the arc, maintain proper electrode angle, travel speed and distance for the best weld results.
- Use steady movement, avoid prolonged dwell in one spot, ensure proper penetration and weld bead consistency.
- After welding, switch the machine off, let any residual heat dissipate, disconnect cables, and clean the work area.
- If working continuously at high current, allow rest periods to ensure machine cooling and maintain longevity.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Keep the machine clean and free from dust, welding spatter and metal debris.
- Check the ventilation fan and air inlet/outlets; ensure nothing obstructs airflow.
- Regularly inspect the electrode holder cable, earth clamp cable and connections for wear, corrosion or damage. Replace if any deterioration is visible.
- Avoid using the machine in damp, wet or extremely dusty environments (protection class IP21S — indoor/controlled environment).
- After heavy or continuous duty use, allow the machine to cool down before storing.
- Store the machine in a dry place, protected from humidity and direct exposure to elements.
- Use recommended electrode sizes and welding current ranges; avoiding overload helps extend lifespan.
- Keep the accessories (mask/screen, clamp, holder, brush) in good condition — they contribute to safe and efficient use.
