Description
Upgrade your welding capabilities with the XLNT ARC 250 RUTH Welding Machine – a high-performance, single-phase inverter system built on advanced IGBT technology. With a rated output of 260 Amps and digital display read-out, this machine is designed for precision, durability and ease of use. Operating at 220 V input, 50/60 Hz, and offering a solid 60% duty cycle, it’s well suited for rigorous fabrication, maintenance and professional welding tasks. Rugged insulation (Grade F), strong efficiency (80 %) and dependable IP21 housing protection make it a smart choice for workshop environments. Elevate your welding output — get consistent arcs, stable performance and value.
Features
:- Advanced IGBT inverter technology ensures stable arc performance, smoother welding and better energy efficiency.
- High rated output of 260 Amps makes it capable of more demanding welding tasks than typical lower-Amp machines.
- Digital display offers precise monitoring of welding parameters for better control.
- Single phase 220 V input simplifies installation in standard workshop environments.
- 60% duty cycle means longer usable welding time before rest required.
- Good efficiency (80%) and professional specs (Insulation Grade F) speak to durability and build quality.
- Compact, relatively lightweight (~5 kg) for a 260A class machine — easier to transport and install.
- Suitable for industrial-grade use yet accessible for serious hobbyists or small business shops.
Applications
:- Heavy duty stick (MMA) welding tasks in fabrication shops.
- Welding structural steel, frames, supports and general metal‐work where 260 Amp capability is needed.
- Maintenance and repair work in industrial workshops, production lines or onsite.
- Professional welder use with digital display, when precision and control matter.
- Projects requiring sturdy performance under demanding conditions (60% duty cycle gives longevity).
Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Ensure a proper 220 V single-phase power supply is available, with correct fuse/circuit and earthing for safety.
- Place the welding machine on a sturdy, level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure no obstruction around cooling vents.
- Connect the work (ground/earth) clamp securely to the metal workpiece to ensure good return path and safe welding.
- Connect the electrode holder to the unit, choose the appropriate electrode size for your material and current.
- Turn on the machine. Use the digital display to set the desired current level appropriate to the electrode diameter and material thickness.
- Strike the arc, maintain a proper travel angle and consistent speed. Make sure electrode extension and arc length are controlled for best weld quality.
- Be aware of the duty cycle: with a 60% duty cycle at max output, avoid continuous full-capacity welding for too long; allow the machine to rest/cool when required.
- After finishing welding, turn off the machine, disconnect cables if needed, and allow cooling before storage or transport.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Keep cooling fans and ventilation openings clean and clear of dust, spatter or debris to allow proper cooling and extend life of the unit.
- Inspect the electrode holder cable, work clamp cable, and connections periodically. Look for wear, corrosion or loose connections; replace or tighten as needed.
- Avoid using the machine in extremely damp or wet environments; IP21 is for indoor/controlled conditions.
- After welding sessions at high current, allow the machine to rest and cool down to prevent overheating of components.
- Store the machine in a dry, clean environment when not in use. Cover it if possible to prevent dust build-up.
- Remove welding spatter from around the casing and connections; keep everything clean for stable performance.
- Use recommended electrodes and settings — overloading (exceeding rated output or duty cycle) may shorten machine life.
- Make sure supply voltage is stable – frequent voltage fluctuations may stress internal electronics.
