:- Prepare the Bhatti: Ensure the Bhatti is clean and placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Light the Fuel: Setup the Gas properly , and Turn the fire on.
- Wait for Temperature: Let the Bhatti get to the right temperature for baking.
- Prepare the Dough: Make your roti or Bhatti dough as usual.
- Shape the Dough: Roll out the dough into the desired shape and thickness.
- Place on Bhatti Surface: Carefully place the roti or bhati onto the hot surface inside the bhatti.
- Cook One Side: Let it cook on one side until it starts to get light brown spots.
