Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Connect the machine to a stable 220 V single-phase power supply.
- Attach the earth clamp to a clean, rust-free surface of the workpiece.
- Select the appropriate electrode (up to 8 mm) based on material thickness.
- Set the desired output current between 301 A–400 A as per welding requirements.
- Strike the arc gently by tapping the electrode on the metal, then lift slightly to maintain a steady arc.
- Follow safe welding techniques for consistent and smooth welds.
- After extended use, allow the unit to cool before the next welding session.
- Safety Tips : Always wear a welding helmet, gloves, protective eyewear, and flame-resistant clothing. Keep your work area ventilated and free of flammable materials.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Inspect cables, clamps, and electrode holder before every use.
- Clean air vents and cooling fans regularly to prevent overheating.
- Keep the machine in a dry, dust-free environment.
- Ensure tight and corrosion-free electrical connections.
- Allow adequate cooling after continuous welding sessions.
- Have the unit serviced periodically by a qualified technician.
