Description
The Wadfow 1.4 mm HVLP Air Spray Gun with 600 ml cup capacity (WGA1506) is a gravity‑feed finishing gun designed to lay down smooth, high‑gloss top coats on automotive panels, furniture, and other precision surfaces. It uses a 1.4 mm nozzle, HVLP technology, and a 600 ml cup to deliver fine atomization, wide fan control, and efficient paint transfer with minimal overspray.
Features
:- Standard 1.4 mm nozzle engineered for finishing / top coats and clear coats, delivering fine atomization and smooth surfaces.
- 600 ml gravity‑feed cup gives good spray duration while keeping the gun balanced and easy to handle.
- HVLP operation with 2–3.5 bar working pressure reduces overspray and improves transfer efficiency compared with conventional high‑pressure guns.
- Adjustable pattern width (approx. 180–230 mm) for efficient coverage on panels and larger surfaces.
- Air consumption around 119–200 l/min, suitable for typical garage compressors when used with proper regulation.
- Optional nozzle sizes (about 1.3–2.5 mm) available in some markets for different materials and viscosities.
- Gravity design helps reduce material waste and simplifies cleaning after each job.
Accessories
:Applications
:- Automotive refinishing : Finishing and clear coats on cars, motorcycles, scooters, and light commercial vehicle panels after base coat application.
- Furniture and woodwork : High‑gloss, semi‑gloss, or matte finishing coats on doors, cabinets, tables, chairs, and decorative trim.
- Metal fabrication and machinery : Final coats on frames, equipment housings, and fabricated parts where a uniform, attractive finish is required.
- Architectural and household : Finishing coats on doors, window frames, grills, gates, and other home or shop fixtures.
- General industrial finishing : Top coats and protective coatings on production parts, shop‑built structures, and fixtures.
Usage
:- Connect the spray gun to a clean, filtered compressed air supply and set inlet pressure to about 2–3.5 bar as recommended for HVLP operation.
- Mix and strain the finishing coat or clear coat, thin to the manufacturer’s viscosity specification for a 1.4 mm nozzle, then fill the 600 ml cup.
- Adjust fluid needle, fan pattern, and air volume using the control knobs while test spraying on a scrap surface until the desired pattern and flow are achieved.
- Spray 15–20 cm from the work surface with smooth, even strokes and approximately 50% overlap between passes to achieve an even, defect‑free finish.
- Between coats, keep the fluid tip clean; after finishing, empty the cup and flush the gun thoroughly with the appropriate thinner until internal passages are clean, then dry and store properly.
