Usage
:- Set Up: Place the machine on a stable surface and fill the container (up to 60 liters) with the dairy product (curd, cream, etc.).
- Attach Rod: Connect the stainless steel churning rod to the motor unit and securely place the rod into the center of the container.
- Start Churning: Plug in the machine and switch it on. The 0.25 HP motor will begin rotating the rod at high speed.
- Churn: Allow the machine to churn until the desired consistency is reached (e.g., butter separates from buttermilk, or lassi becomes frothy). This process is quick due to the high RPM.
- Remove & Serve: Turn off and unplug the machine. Carefully remove the churning rod and serve the finished product.
