Description
This band sealer works continuously to seal laminated pouches composed of high graded materials. Simple to use and appropriate for sealing little packages in the chemical, general retail, pharmaceutical, food, spice, and seed industries. It has 20 kg pouches of holding capacity, so it can save labor time and effort. This machine is able to increase packaging against heavy production.

Applications
:- Food Packaging : Seals large pouches containing grains, flour, sugar, rice, spices, and other bulk food items. It is also used for sealing frozen vegetables, meat, and ready-to-eat meals.

Usage
:Setup the Machine :
- Place the band sealer on a stable, flat surface.
- Connect the machine to a power source and switch it on.
Adjust Settings :
- Temperature : Adjust the temperature control based on the material of the pouch you're sealing.
- Sealing Speed : Set the sealing speed based on the production rate and pouch size.
- Place the open end of the pouch between the sealing bands.
- Ensure the pouch is aligned properly for an even seal.
Start Sealing :
- Press the start button to begin the sealing process.
- The machine will heat the sealing bands and seal the open end of the pouch securely.
Monitor Sealing Process :
- The machine will move the pouch through the sealing area, where it will be sealed as it passes through.
- Ensure the seal is consistent, and the bag is properly sealed without any gaps.
Remove the Sealed Pouch :
- Once the sealing is complete, remove the sealed pouch from the conveyor belt.
- Inspect the seal for any issues (such as weak seals or incomplete seals).
Maintenance :
- Clean Sealing Area : After each use, wipe down the sealing bars, conveyor belt, and surrounding areas to remove dust, food particles, or product residue.
- Check Conveyor Alignment : Ensure that the conveyor belt is properly aligned. Misalignment can cause uneven sealing or damage to the bags.
