Usage

 :
  • Prepare the Kulfi Mixture:

    • Mix your desired ingredients (milk, sugar, nuts, fruits, etc.) in a large container.
    • Ensure the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
    • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Clean the Machine:

    • Wash the machine thoroughly with warm water.
    • Rinse and dry all parts completely.
  • Pour the Mixture:

    • Carefully pour the chilled kulfi mixture into the moulds, leaving some space at the top for expansion.
    • Use a funnel or ladle to avoid spilling.
  • Insert Sticks (if applicable):

    • If your moulds have stick holders, insert the sticks into the mixture.
  • Place the Moulds in the Machine:

    • Arrange the moulds in the machine's tray, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
  • Close and Lock the Machine:

    • Close the lid of the machine securely and lock it in place.
  • Turn on the Machine:

    • Connect the machine to a power source and switch it on.
  • Wait for the Kulfi to Freeze:
    • The machine will start the freezing process automatically.

  • Remove the Kulfi:
