Description
This SMART LF 1080B is a continuous band sealing machine designed for packaging applications. It operates on a voltage range of 110-220 V and has a power rating of 1.15 KW. This machine features both vacuum and nitrogen functions, which are essential for preserving the freshness of packaged products by removing air and replacing it with nitrogen, thereby extending shelf life. The continuous band sealer is suitable for sealing high graded pouches like laminated pouches.

Usage
:Preparation :
- Ensure the machine is placed on a flat surface.
- Check all parts for looseness and tighten if necessary.
Power On :
- Turn on the power switch and ensure the power indicator light is on.
Set Temperature :
- Press the heating switch to activate heating.
- Adjust the temperature using the temperature controller according to the thickness of the bag.
Speed Adjustment :
- Adjust the speed regulator knob to set the desired sealing speed.
Air Suction and Gas Flushing :
- Activate air suction or nitrogen flushing as per packing needs by turning on their respective switches.
Sealing Process :
- When reaching desired temperature, insert air suction nozzle into plastic bag.
- Step on foot switch to start air suction, then slowly remove nozzle from bag.
Maintenance :
- Keep the Machine Clean : Ensure that the machine body is clean and that electrical components are kept dry and well-ventilated.
- Daily Checks : Before starting work each day, check for any loose screws in moving parts to ensure safe operation.
