Usage
:User Instructions :
- Safety Gear : Always wear safety goggles, a heavy-duty dust mask/respirator, and gloves before operation due to significant dust generation.
- Preparation : Ensure the scraping disc is securely fastened and the power switch is in the 'OFF' position before plugging it into a 220V outlet.
- Starting : Hold the machine firmly with both hands using the provided handles. Turn the machine on and allow it to reach full RPM before contacting the wall.
- Operation : Apply light to moderate pressure against the wall surface. Move the machine constantly in sweeping motions. Do not hold it in one spot to avoid gouging the wall.
- Finishing : Lift the machine off the wall before turning it off. Wait for the disc to come to a complete stop before setting the tool down.
Maintenance :
- After Use Cleaning : Imperative! Blow compressed air through the motor vents and around the disc housing after every use to remove fine dust buildup, which can overheat the motor.
- Disc Inspection : Regularly check the condition of the 250mm scraping disc. Replace it immediately if it becomes dull, chipped, or damaged to maintain efficiency.
- Power Cord Check : Inspect the power cord for any cuts or frays before use.
