Description
The PILOT Oil-Free Silent Air Compressor 60L 750W is a quiet, carefree compressor, working diligently to supply clean and efficient air. Placing emphasis on low noise, and high reliability, this machine is exactly what you need in a workshop environment, dental clinics, laboratories, and numerous other hobby applications. It is an efficient compressor with a big tank of 70L, where the oil-free principle assures contamination-free service.

Features

 :
  • Oil-Free Operation : None of lubrication makes clean air discharge. Low maintenance is the key here.
  • Low Noise : A low noise level makes it perfect for indoor and noise-sensitive surroundings.
  • 750W-Motor : Suitable for running various light to moderate pneumatic tools and equipment.
  • 70L Tank Capacity : Stores enough air for extended use before cycling.
  • Air Displacement : 70 L/min provides stable airflow for tool usage.
  • Max Pressure : 8 Bar/115 PSI, good for a variety of uses needing moderate pressure.
  • Speed : 1440 RPM-moderate motor speed for lesser wear and longer service life.
  • Voltage/Frequency : 220V/50Hz-used in most regions with standard power outlets.

Applications

 :
  • Dental & Medical Clinics : These units provide clean, oil-free air for operating sensitive equipment in sterile environments.
  • Laboratories & Cleanrooms : Pure air without oil vapors is maintained for critical lab testing and research applications.
  • Painting & Airbrushing : The user receives a steady air flow to ensure professional clean finishes, free from contamination by oil.
  • Workshops and Hobby Use : For noise-sensitive areas docking, inflating, or nailing, it's perfect.
  • For Home and DIY Work : Offering low noise, it can be put into use in garages or workshops at home.

Usage

Usage

Safety First
  • Read the user manual carefully before operating the compressor.
  • Always wear safety goggles, gloves, and hearing protection.
  • Use in a well-ventilated, dry, and dust-free area.
  • Keep away from flammable materials and heat sources.
  • Ensure the power supply matches the rated voltage: 220V/50Hz.

Setup
  • Place the compressor on a level and stable surface.
  • Ensure adequate space around the unit (minimum 30 cm clearance) for cooling.
  • Inspect the unit for transport damage or loose components before use.
  • Since it's oil-free, no oil filling or checking is required.

Starting the Compressor
  • Plug into a suitable electrical outlet (avoid extension cords if possible).
  • Turn ON the compressor using the power switch.
  • The motor will start running and pressurize the tank automatically.
  • It will stop automatically once the maximum pressure (usually around 8 bar) is reached.

Connecting Air Tools
  • Use an air hose with quick-connect fittings.
  • Adjust the outlet pressure using the regulator knob to match the tool’s requirements.
  • Monitor both tank pressure and outlet pressure on the gauges.

Operation Tips
  • Do not exceed the compressor’s duty cycle (typically 50%-70% for silent compressors).
  • Allow rest periods between cycles to prevent overheating.
  • Ideal for airbrushing, inflation, stapling, light cleaning, and small pneumatic tools.

Shutting Down
  • Switch OFF the power and unplug the compressor.
  • Release air pressure from the tank using the drain valve or safety valve.
  • Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Maintenance :

Daily Maintenance
  • Inspect for air leaks or any unusual noise or vibration.
  • Drain the condensation from the air tank using the drain valve located at the bottom.
  • Check that the air filter is not clogged or dirty.

Weekly Maintenance
  • Clean or replace the air intake filter if it shows signs of dust buildup.
  • Inspect fittings, hose connections, and safety valve for proper operation.
  • Wipe down the outer casing and tank with a dry cloth to remove dust or debris.

Monthly Maintenance
  • Inspect the power cord and plug for damage or wear.
  • Check the pressure relief valve by pulling it gently to ensure it vents correctly.
  • Tighten any loose nuts, bolts, or fittings.

Since It’s Oil-Free
  • No oil level checks or oil changes are needed.
  • This significantly reduces maintenance time and cost.
  • However, ensure the internal components stay cool by keeping the cooling vents clean.

Annual Maintenance
  • Have a technician perform a full inspection if used heavily or in industrial environments.
  • Inspect the tank interior for rust or corrosion (done by a professional if needed).
  • Replace worn filters, seals, or gaskets as required.

Storage Tips
  • For long-term storage:
  • Drain all air and moisture from the tank.
  • Clean the exterior and cover with a dust-proof cover.
  • Store in a dry, well-ventilated location.
  • Unplug from the power supply.
