Usage
:- Set Up : Place the fryer on a flat, stable surface and plug it in.
- Fill with Oil : Pour oil into both tanks, ensuring each tank is filled between the minimum and maximum level marks.
- Preheat : Turn the temperature dials to your desired frying temperature (typically between 160°C and 190°C) for each tank.
- Heat the Oil : Allow the oil to heat up. The fryer will indicate when it's ready.
- Fry the Food : Carefully place the food into the basket(s) and lower them into the hot oil. Ensure food portions are manageable to prevent overcrowding.
- Monitor : Keep an eye on the frying time and food to avoid overcooking.
- Remove and Drain : Once the food is golden and crispy, lift the basket and allow excess oil to drain.
- Turn Off : After use, switch off the fryer, unplug, and clean the tanks and baskets after they cool down.
