Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Safety First : Always wear a welding helmet, gloves, and protective clothing.
- Connect : Plug the machine into a standard 220V outlet. Connect the Earthing Clamp to the negative terminal and the Working Clamp (Holder) to the positive terminal.
- Secure Workpiece : Attach the Earthing Clamp securely to a clean spot on your metal workpiece.
- Insert Rod : Place a 2.5mm or 3.15mm welding rod into the electrode holder.
- Adjust Settings : Turn the current knob to the desired amperage (e.g., ~90-110A for 3.15mm rods).
- Weld : Strike the arc by scratching the rod against the metal and proceed with your weld.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Dust Control : Regularly blow out dust from the internal vents using dry compressed air to protect the IGBT components.
- Connection Check : Periodically check the working and earthing clamps for loose connections or frayed cables.
- Storage : Always store the machine in a dry, non-corrosive environment to prevent moisture damage to the circuit board.
- Cool Down : Allow the machine fan to run for a minute after finishing work to cool down internal components before switching off.
