Description
The Bigg Boss ARC 300L is a powerful and efficient inverter welding machine that is designed for welding enthusiasts and professionals alike. With a voltage range of 180-250 V, this welding machine is compatible with most standard power outlets, providing convenience and flexibility. Operating on a single phase, the ARC 300L offers a current output of 300 Amp, making it suitable for a wide range of welding applications.
Features
:- Inverter Welding Machine.
- High-output 300A current rating for serious welding performance.
- Inverter technology with IGBT components for efficient power usage, stable arc and less weight.
- 5-Card circuit board design enhances durability, reliability and improved control over the welding cycle.
- Works on standard single-phase power (180-250 V) — ideal for workshops without three-phase supply.
- Extremely light weight (~2.6 kg) making it very portable and easy to carry around job-sites.
- Short cable length (1-1.5 m) means less hassle with connections and easier setup.
- Longer usage time specified (3-8 hours depending on rods) allowing extended working periods.
Accessories
:- 1 x Electrode Holder
- 1 x Earthing Clamp
- 1 x Operator's Manual
Applications
:- Repair and maintenance: Welding machines are also used for repair and maintenance purposes, such as fixing broken metal parts, reinforcing structures, and restoring equipment.
- Construction: Welding machines are commonly used in construction projects for joining steel beams, girders, and other structural components.
- Automotive industry: Welding machines are used to join different parts of a vehicle such as chassis, engine, and body.
- Manufacturing: Welding machines are used to join metal components in the manufacturing industry, including machinery and electronics.
Note :
- Do not use the welder for work other than welding.
- Do not touch the live part.
- Do not solder in places where skimming, cleaning and spraying are required.
- When using, please wear a protective cover or protective clothing.
Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Choose a stable, dry surface and ensure the input power supply falls within 180-250 V single phase.
- Connect the earthing clamp securely to the workpiece or metal table.
- Connect the electrode holder to the machine, insert the correct electrode for your job.
- Set the machine output current based on electrode type, thickness of material and working conditions.
- Strike the electrode on the workpiece and maintain correct angle, travel speed, and arc gap.
- Monitor the machine’s duty usage (as indicated: for 10 rods ~3-6 hours, for 12 rods ~3-8 hours) and allow for cooling as needed.
- When finished, switch off the machine, disconnect it safely, and store properly in a dry area.
- Always wear the correct protective gear: welding helmet, gloves, apron, and ensure good ventilation in the workspace.
Maintenance Guidance :
- After each workday, shut off and unplug the machine; allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Remove dust, metal spatter and debris from ventilation slots and external surfaces.
- Inspect cables, clamps, electrode holder and earthing clamp for signs of wear or damage; replace if needed.
- Check that circuit board access ports and cooling fans are functioning and clear of obstructions.
- Store the machine in a dry indoor location where moisture, rust and dust are minimised.
- Periodically (e.g., monthly) check internal connections (only if qualified) to ensure tight contacts.
- Do not overload the machine beyond the rated duty cycle: allow cooling and rest periods to extend life.
- Use genuine consumables and accessories specified by the manufacturer to maintain warranty and performance.
