Description

This Boss Pack 20-80 mm Induction Sealer is a sophisticated and efficient machine designed for creating airtight and tamper-evident seals on various containers using electromagnetic induction. This non-contact sealing method applies a foil liner (induction seal) to the mouth of plastic or glass bottles and jars, ensuring product freshness, preventing leakage, and offering security against tampering. Ideal for pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, cosmetics, chemicals, and more, this specific model is tailored to handle cap sizes ranging from 20 mm to 80 mm, making it versatile for a wide array of packaging needs.

Features

 :
  • Induction Sealing Technology: Utilizes electromagnetic induction to generate heat directly within the foil liner, melting a polymer layer onto the container's rim to create a strong, hermetic, and tamper-evident seal without direct contact with the product.

  • Wide Sealing Range (20-80 mm): Capable of sealing a broad spectrum of cap diameters from 20mm to 80mm, offering versatility for different bottle and jar sizes commonly used across various industries.

  • Non-Contact Sealing: The sealing process is entirely non-contact, which is crucial for maintaining hygiene, preventing contamination, and protecting sensitive products, including liquids, powders, and pills.

  • Variable Power Control: Often includes adjustable power settings, allowing operators to fine-tune the induction strength to match different cap materials, foil liners, and container types for optimal sealing quality.

  • Compact & Portable Design: Typically designed to be lightweight and portable, making it suitable for both small-scale production lines and larger operations requiring mobility, as well as easy integration into existing setups.

Applications

 :
  • Pharmaceuticals: Sealing medicine bottles, pill containers, and liquid medication bottles to ensure sterility and tamper-proofing.

  • Food & Beverages: Sealing juice bottles, dairy products, sauces, condiments, jams, pickles, instant coffee, and snack containers to preserve freshness and prevent leakage.

  • Cosmetics & Personal Care: Sealing lotion bottles, shampoo containers, creams, gels, and beauty products to prevent spills and extend shelf life.

  • Chemicals & Industrial: Sealing containers for lubricants, cleaning agents, adhesives, and other chemical products to ensure safe transport and storage.

  • Nutraceuticals & Supplements: Sealing vitamin bottles, protein powder containers, and health supplement jars to maintain potency and prevent contamination.

Usage

 :
  • Preparation: Ensure the container is filled and capped with an induction-compatible cap that contains a foil liner. Plug in the induction sealer and allow it to warm up if required.

  • Setting Adjustment: Depending on the model, adjust the power or intensity settings based on the cap diameter (20-80mm), container material (plastic/glass), and foil liner type to achieve the optimal seal.

  • Sealing Process (Manual/Semi-Automatic): For manual models, place the sealing head directly over the capped container, ensuring it is centered. Activate the sealing process (e.g., by pressing a button or placing the bottle on a platform) for the recommended duration. For conveyor models, containers pass under the induction head.

  • Verification: After the sealing cycle, carefully remove the container and visually inspect the foil seal to ensure it is uniformly adhered to the container's mouth, forming a tight and wrinkle-free seal.

  • Repeat: Proceed to seal subsequent containers, consistently monitoring the seal quality. Turn off the machine and unplug it when not in use.

Maintenance
  • Regular Cleaning: Unplug the machine and allow it to cool down. Wipe the exterior, especially the sealing head and control panel, with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust, spills, and residues. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or direct water spray.

  • Cable & Connection Check: Periodically inspect the power cord and the cable connecting the sealing head to the main unit for any signs of wear, cuts, or damage. Ensure all connections are secure and free from corrosion.

  • Ventilation Maintenance: Ensure the machine's ventilation ports are clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating. Adequate airflow is crucial for the longevity of internal components.

  • Foil Liner Compatibility: Always use high-quality foil liners that are compatible with your container material and the induction sealer's specifications to ensure proper sealing.

  • Preventive Servicing: Schedule periodic professional maintenance checks as recommended by the manufacturer. This includes inspecting internal components, calibrating settings, and addressing any potential issues before they lead to breakdowns, ensuring consistent performance.
