Usage

- Plate Seasoning: Perform a light initial wipe of the plates with edible oil at the start of the shift to ensure a smooth release.
- Placement: Place the dough ball exactly in the center of the bottom plate to ensure a perfectly centered, round shape.
- Pressing Cycle: Activate the press hold for the calibrated "dwell time" to semi-bake the dough.
- Collection: Remove the pressed chapati and move it directly to a baking bhatti or conveyor oven for the final puffing.
