Description
Commercial Chapati Puffer Plate is remarkably compact in size & light in weight. An extremely simple mechanism and user-friendly control interface make the operation surprisingly easy. This machine is capable of making 1000 chapatis per hour. It is manufactured using the finest grade of raw materials.

Usage

 :
  • Set Up : Connect the gas supply to the Bhatti and check for any leaks.
  • Ignite the Burner : Turn on the gas and light the burner, adjusting the flame to medium heat.
  • Preheat the Tawa : Allow the tawa to heat for a few minutes.
  • Prepare Dough : Roll the dough into small balls (about the size of a golf ball). Make flattered with a rolling pin as per the requirement.
  • Place the Roti on the Tawa : Place each flat roti on the hot tawa and cook it slightly with a Spatula.
  • Cook the Chapati : Cook each chapati for 30-45 seconds on one side, then flip and cook the other side for another 20-30 seconds.
  • Remove and Serve : Once fully cooked and puffed up, remove the chapati and serve immediately.

Clean the tawa and Bhatti after use for optimal performance.
