- Repair
- Decoration
- Construction
- Steel or Stainless Steel Processing
- Light / Heavy Fabrication
Note :
- Do not use the welder for work other than welding.
- Do not touch the live part.
- Do not solder in places where skimming, cleaning and spraying are required.
- When using, please wear a protective cover or protective clothing.
Usage
:Usage Guidance (How to Use) :
- Place the machine on a stable, dry surface near the 230 V single-phase supply. Ensure proper ventilation around it.
- Connect the power cord to the proper rated AC 230 V outlet (make sure the supply is stable and within specification).
- Attach the earth clamp (ground) securely to a clean metal surface of the workpiece or work-table.
- Mount the electrode holder and select a suitable electrode for the work at hand (choose the correct diameter and type for the material).
- Switch on the machine and set the welding current according to electrode size and thickness of the workpiece. For example selecting near 30-40 A for moderate thickness, lower for thinner.
- Strike the arc – use correct angle, travel speed and maintain arc length appropriate for the job.
- Monitor the machine: if the duty cycle warning / over-heat indicator comes on, pause and let the machine cool.
- After finishing work, turn off the machine, disconnect power, clean up cables and store the machine in a safe, dry spot.
Maintenance Guidance :
- Regularly clean the exterior of the machine and ensure ventilation vents are free from dust or debris. Blocked vents reduce cooling efficiency.
- Frequently inspect the cables (power cord, earth clamp cable, electrode holder cable) for wear, damage, or loose connections. Replace if needed.
- Check the earth clamp contact surface – ensure strong connection to work-piece for safe and efficient welding.
- Ensure the machine is not subjected to prolonged use beyond duty cycle – avoid overheating which can shorten lifespan.
- Store in a dry environment to avoid moisture ingress which may degrade insulation or internal electronics.
- If weld quality deteriorates (weak arc, uneven appearance), inspect electrode type, current setting, work-piece surface, and check machine internals if comfortable or call qualified technician.
- Ensure periodic inspection/service of internal components (cooling fan, inverter board) if machine is used heavily.
